This is a 6-week 5-day workout plan full of quick and efficient workouts to get the heart rate up, blood flowing, and muscles workin + an additional 6th AT HOME day!
Throughout these 6 weeks there will be 2 different workout splits - week 1-3, and then week 4-6 to switch it up, keep it fun, and add small variations in training = with the ultimate goal of pushing yourself like you never have before with the BFIT TRAINING APP.
Remember that in order to attain a "fat loss phase" or "muscle building phase" proper nutrition is also key with training and expenditure goals needed, however this program can be used for ANY goal/
