We just found out we’re pregnant—what’s next? This initial phase is where you can confidently start your journey through the first trimester, focusing on movements that support mind-muscle memory and foundational strength. You may not have a bump yet, but we train bigger than we are! Feel assured you’re doing just enough to support your body and baby. We also know that movement can be difficult in this time of pregnancy, so we added 2 nausea proof workouts as well to get your body moving yet feel pride in your journey!
